Follow through – Stay on Track, Keep the Energy Going

You’ve done the deep work—now let’s keep the momentum going.


Follow Through Sessions are designed for clients who have already completed an initial session and want continued support, refinement, and motivation. Whether you’re looking to reassess, recharge, or stay accountable, these sessions provide a structured way to maintain progress without the full commitment of another package.


Who Are Follow Through Sessions For?


✔ Clients who have completed the Nutritional Therapy Initial and want continued guidance to fine-tune their plan, adjust nutrition strategies, and ensure long-term success.

✔ Clients who have completed the Mental Fitness Program and want ongoing mindset coaching to strengthen mental resilience and reinforce positive habits.

✔ Continuing education and evaluation of functional testing (Blood Chemistry, Gi Mapping, etc.)


How Follow Through Sessions Work

These are flexible follow-ups tailored to the type of support you need:


After Nutritional Therapy Initial

  • 1-Hour Private Sessions – Check in, refine your plan, and reassess key priorities.
  • Functional Clinical Assessment (Hands-on Reflex Testing) – Evaluate shifts in your body and fine-tune nutritional protocols.
  • Nutritional Adjustments & Support – Ensure your supplement and food plan remain aligned with your needs.
  • Continuing education and evaluation of functional testing (Blood Chemistry, Gi Mapping, etc.) and re-assessment of the Nutritional Assessment Questionairre. 


After Mental Fitness Coaching

  • 1-hour Coaching Sessions – Ongoing mindset support to reinforce your PQ practices.
  • Mental Fitness Check-Ins – Strengthening sage perspectives, recognizing new saboteurs, and deepening resilience.
  • Personalized Action Steps – Keep your progress on track with structured mental fitness strategies.


*Follow Through Sessions are available to returning clients only.
