
My journey to health has been anything but linear.
From exploring the natural world and endurance challenges across continents to homeschooling my children and learning the art of deeply nourishing food, I’ve always been driven by curiosity — and a desire to understand what truly supports vitality.
But for years, I struggled.
Chronic exhaustion. Digestive issues. Mood instability. Pain. A quiet sense of being out of alignment. Honestly, it felt lonely.
I looked for answers. I tried different approaches. I followed advice that sounded promising but never fully addressed the root.
What changed everything was discovering functional nutrition — and learning to look at the body as an ecosystem rather than a collection of symptoms.
Through years of study, advanced training, and hands-on clinical practice, I rebuilt my own health by restoring balance at the foundational level. That experience shaped the work I now offer.
